    International Recruitment Consultant

    Job description

    International Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant/ Principal- Commission paid in British Pounds

    International recruitment firm with a presence across Europe, The Middle East and Africa.

    With a strong network of clients and partnerships, they are now looking for experienced recruiters that will cover the EMEA region.

    Based in Johannesburg, you will work closely with the Directors to further grow and develop the brand across the UK, AFRICA and THE MIDDLE EAST. You will be given the opportunity to travel to these regions to meet with key partners, clients and candidates.

    The role will encompass:

    • Managing and aggressively growing the existing client base
    • Hiring new consultants and identifying key talent for the business
    • Further identifying clients through business development (cold & warm calling, meetings, etc.) whilst also maximising on the Client Database
    • Negotiating business terms, SLA’s and PSL’s
    • Candidate sourcing (headhunting, online advertising, social networking
    • Managing the entire end to end recruitment process
    • Exceeding individual and team revenue targets

    To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • You must have a minimum of four to five years’ recruitment experience
    • Working in an agency environment in a senior consultant or manager level
    • You should have a stable background and you must be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record.
    • You must have Matric and or a business qualification
    • You should be fluent in Microsoft word, Excel and power point
    • You should have some INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT experience thus working with clients outside South Africa
    • You have worked towards sales targets and KPIS
    • You should have solid experience at doing business development and account management
    • You must be able to demonstrate your ability to bring in revenue and have proof of such billing.

    This opportunity is ONLY for candidates with Recruitment Agency experience thus recruiters who have been involved in either, a full 360 degree recruitment role or a Business Development role. Recruiters who have worked in companies for less than a year to a year will not be considered.
