    Talent Management Officer

    Job description

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    To provide a professional service to primarily Pep Central Office with regards to Recruitment & Selection; Psychometric Assessments; Suppliers and Interns

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Recruitment and Selection of candidates for positions primarily within Pep central office
    • Conduct psychometric assessments for selection and career management purposes
    • Provide assessment feedback to leaders and candidates
    • Coordinate scheduling of assessments with leaders, candidates and talent practitioners
    • Maintain assessment database and update norms
    • Coordinate meetings and agreements with suppliers and recruitment agencies
    • Provide support for graduate/trainee recruitment and bursary holders as well as talent management projects

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4 year qualification at a tertiary institutuion
    • Registered as a psychometrist, industrial psychologist or intern with the HPCSA
    • 1 year experience with psychometric assessments
    • Proven experience in recruitment and selection
    • PC Literate: MS Office (Word and Excel)
    • Competencies: Empathy; Problem Assessment; Confidence and Decisiveness; Detail Orientation; Service Orientation; Building and maintaining relationships; Communication; Planning, organising and control as well as Stress Tolerance
