    Business Partner, People & Culture - Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Partner, People & Culture to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to drive our people strategy, fostering a positive organisational culture and ensuring alignment between our human resources initiatives and business objectives.

    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals
    • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
    • Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent
    • Design and deliver organisational development programmes to enhance employee engagement and productivity
    • Manage change initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts
    • Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
    • Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and regulations
    • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering
    • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
    • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and South African labour laws
    • Strong expertise in talent management, organisational development, and change management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
    • Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
