A National Senior Certificate / equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management or Development, Public Management or Administration / Business Management / Project Management or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
A minimum of five (05) years’ experience in Human Resource Development / Human Capital Investment & Research / SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) of which three (03) years’ experience must have been at an Assistant Director / Junior Management level. A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities.
