The specifications for this particular post require a focus on the following key performance areas as well as job activities:

• Provide provincial leadership and direction;
• Monitoring and evaluation on performance at provincial level;
• Provide risk and financial management at provincial level;
• Strategic planning.
• Other key job activities will include assisting to drive compliance to cidb prescripts at provinces. A more detailed spec is attached for further reference.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s (NQF7) in Business or Public Administration or relevant field. Post graduate degree will be an added advantage. At least 5 years' experience in Management. (8) years’ relevant experience.
