    Document Controller

    Job Description    

    • To manage, organize, and maintain confectionery sites documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance throughout their lifecycle. The Document Controller ensures that documents are properly created, reviewed, stored, and distributed, maintaining version control and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a central point for documentrelated inquiries and supports operational and project teams by facilitating timely access to accurate information.Responsible for coordinating and presenting all records and documents during external audits
    • Document Management: Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy documents, ensuring proper classification, indexing, and version control.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Verify document accuracy, adherence to standards, and regulatory compliance, including ISO or industry-specific requirements.
    • Document Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of documents from creation, registration, and distribution to archiving and secure disposal.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with multiple departments, project managers, engineers, and external partners to ensure documents are accessible and up-to-date.
    • System Administration: Use document management software such as SharePoint, Documentum, or OpenText to upload, retrieve, and track documents.
    • Reporting and Audits: Prepare status reports, conduct audits, and assist with file migrations or document-related administrative tasks.
    • Training: Educate employees on document control procedures, retention policies, and proper use of document management systems.
    • Responsible for PRPs, HACCP Reviews and QA Admin.
    • Conduct GMP Audits and generate reports
    • Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints. 

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Food Technology/Administration - Diploma/Degree

    Experience Requirements    

    • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG environment in Quality Control / Food Technology / Administrative role.

    Working Conditions    

    • Extra work hours required at month end, financial year-end and at management discretion.
