Dover Clerk at Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate.
• Certificate: Dover.
• Code 08 (B) Drivers Licence.
• Advantageous: Certificate: Human Resources Management.

EXPERIENCE (including but not limited to):

• 1 year practical experience as Dover Clerk.
• Advantageous: 1 year practical experience in HR.

DUTIES (including but not limited to):

• Assist in conducting Dover assessments and administration of Organisational Development functions. Demonstrating understanding of ethical and legislative requirements relating to dover assessments. Support for learnership psychometric assessments.
• Coordinate and conduct all Dover Assessments. Capturing and filling of all HR records on the electronic capturing system and database. Quality control of all relevant documents. Ensure proper safekeeping and confidentiality of personal assessments results. Maintain record files of Mine employees.
• Maintain relationships with customers to promote departmental and overall company image. Assist Supervisor as required. Attend to employee and related enquiries timely and in accordance with policy and statutory requirements.
• AD-Hoc reports. AD-Hoc HR related activities to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
