EPWP Data Capturer: Various Department
- Job Type Contract
- Qualification Matric , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 1 year
- Location Gauteng
- City Vereeniging
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Valid Driver’s License (added advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual)
- Applicants that reside within the Midvaal area will be given preference
- Ability to follow & execute given instructions
- Must meet operational requirements of the post
- A hard-working, self-disciplined person
- At least 1 year experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority
DUTIES
- Handles all internal queries regarding Engineering & Community Services complaints
- Ensures that all tasks delegated by the supervisor are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested
General admin duties for Engineering & Community Services by:
- Performing fast and accurate typing duties by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to ensure effective operation of the administration within the sections
- Capturing of monthly EPWP leaves
- Performing leave administration duties
- Performing any other related ad hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time
