    Human Resources Internship

    Job Description

    • Raizcorp is looking for a newly qualified Human Resources graduate who is motivated and eager to gain valuable experience in a human resources department on a one-year internship. 
    • The ideal graduate should be energetic, optimistic, and passionate about learning and putting in some really hard work to learn and grow within the company. 
    • A strong foundation and basic experience in computer literacy will be advantageous to have should you wish to apply for this role as you will be working extensively with our internal systems (including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Word). 

    Duties & Responsibilities
    In this role you'll be working with:  

    • The HR Manager, supporting him with all internal HR functions and projects.  
    • The HR Business Partners, supporting them specifically with learning, development and other HR related administration.  
    • The Talent Specialist (recruitment): supporting him with recruitment administration, room bookings, interview pack prep and recruiting junior vacancies.  

    Desired Experience & Qualification
    There is no work experience required for this role.    We will be basing the recruitment decision on the following factors:

    • The quality of your CV from grammar, spelling, attention to detail and overall presentation quality. 
    • Your chosen degree being completed, i.e. completed degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Organisational Learning and Development. (The type and nature of your qualification will be crucial).
    • Your academic performance at university.  We are seeking strong overall academic performance. 
    • Examples of leadership roles held in school and university. 
    • Your performance during the interview process.
    • Strong People skills (the role in the HR department requires one to be confident and comfortable to approach and work with different departments)
    • Your attitude and demeanor.  We’re looking for a strong culture fit to the department and organisation. 
    • Your ability to commit to the entire duration of the internship.
