As a Junior System Administrator, you will directly impact the way in which Infobip's offices run technology-wise, including a complex internal infrastructure. 

You know you are doing a good job when:   

• Providing user support for office IT infrastructure, workstations and user related applications to all Infobip employees.

• You understand computer systems and its components, can tell advantages and disadvantages of different models and recommend the right one for certain purposes.

• Researching, testing and implementing IT systems and technologies.

• Applying new technologies to improve or replace existing systems.

• Contributing to brainstorming sessions with suggestions on how to improve different services or processes.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• You proactively share knowledge and help your colleagues, making time to support them.

   

Qualifications

More about you:   
 

• 2+ years in a similar role

• Basic understanding and troubleshooting Win OS, MS Office, third-party apps

• Basic macOS and Windows OS administration in a domain environment

• Basic Software and hardware problems troubleshooting

• Licensing methods, EULA, hardware behavior

• Computer peripherals, software updates, Windows updates

• Assign/discharge documentation

• Basic understanding audio/video equipment (speakers, microphones, camera, etc.)

• Basic installation and managing company audio equipment

• Basic understanding Polycom systems and additional equipment

• Network settings and Polycom system configuration + Any hardware equipment
