    Maintenance Manager - GCC

    ABOUT THE JOB

    Overlook and implement world class maintenance systems, including but not limited to preventative maintenance. Ability to develop and implement a Total Productive Maintenance System within his organisation.

    Safety

    • Improve the overall Safety audit score (WISE) year on year.
    • Foster a climate and culture where Safety, Health and Environment are addressed effectively and speedily.
    • Ensure that all government and statutory requirements are complied with and that the health and safety standards of the factory area are in accordance with Company policies.

    Quality

    • Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality principles as included in the policies, procedures, product specifications and processes. This also includes general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene practices.
    • Identify and report any potential Food Safety & Quality and GMP deviations and hazards.

    Cost

    • Partially manage Controllable/operating Cost of as per annual target.
    • Deliver the required savings year on year and continuously identify opportunities to save costs.
    • Reduce and manage spare parts consumptions.
    • Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.

    Delivery

    • Initiate and implement projects to increase Operational Efficiency (OE)
    • Develop and drive Total Productive Maintenance program to ensure factory efficiency.
    • Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
    • Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
    • Create and implement maintenance procedures.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    • Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
    • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
    • Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
    • Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
    • Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.

    Morale

    • Drive talent management and succession planning of the technical department.
    • Identify and implement training and development interventions.
    • Great a high performance and engaged teams.
    • Direct, manage and coach subordinate staff and ensure that the technical function is staffed with appropriately qualified and experienced staff.
    • Approve the selection, compensation and promotion of employees that are directly supervised.

    Nature

    • Implement the strategy to reduce the Co2 emission.
    • Help reducing the impact of the operations production on the environment.
    • Implement processes and strategies to reduce water consumption.

    ABOUT YOU

    Experience and Skills:

    • Minimum of 15 Years’ experience from manufacturing, engineering or FMCG environment, of which more than 10 years should have been in a Management role within Maintenance.
