• Responsible for searching and exploring both the local and international markets for new products and trademarks to expand and strengthen the company's position in the market. Searches for joint ventures and co-marketing  opportunities. Negotiates with relevant authorities and organisations to ensure the company's products and services are recommended. Investigates existing marketing and business practices and recommends opportunities for improvement within the company.  May also be responsible for the identification and initiation of development projects within a region. Assists in achieving the region's development needs through investigations, viability studies and liaison with local authorities.

• Code 10 motor vehicle license 
• Computer literacy (Advanced)

Duties and Responsibilities    
Cold Space Management & Performance:

• Manage overall performance of all cold space assets within Emerging Markets
• Monitor asset utilisation, ROI, volume contribution and productivity
• Approve asset placements in line with commercial and ROI requirements
• Drive maintenance effectiveness and asset availability
• Manage asset lifecycle activities including installations, movements, replacements and disposals
• Define reporting requirements and dashboard performance measures
• Monitor and report on asset profitability and commercial return

Horizontal Growth - Expansion & Growth Projects:

• Manage and coordinate market expansion initiatives within Emerging Market
• Project manage recruitment, induction, training and deployment activities linked to expansion projects
• Coordinate operational readiness requirements for new market opportunities
• Ensure alignment between Sales, Distribution, Support Functions and Principal stakeholders
• Monitor project performance against predefined objectives and KPIs
• Analyse performance outcomes and recommend corrective actions

Reporting, Analytics & Business Performance:

• Analyse asset performance, productivity and market development trends
• Identify opportunities to improve utilisation and commercial returns
• Monitor KPI achievement and drive corrective action where required
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to management
