    Marketing Manager: Mass and Rewards

    Role Purpose

    • Responsible for the overall marketing campaign management within the brand team and being responsible for the overall campaign launch & management of the mass & rewards segments 
       

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Prepare, implement and review the marketing strategy for the segment accountable for 
    • Setup & manage segment briefing and debrief session for all campaigns in order to ensure the continuous alignment of all stakeholders and product intrinsic  
    • Develop the segment and external affairs campaign calendar in partnership with the brand EHOD 
    • Maintain relationships with the marketing divisions in the segment & brand team to ensure alignment as well as assist with the training & information sharing 
    • Analyse & implement performance indicators for purpose metrics, and develop corrective action plans 
    • Manage agency relationship and performance on brand & segment division

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Matric Essential and
    • Relevant 3 year degree/diploma in sales or marketing  essential and
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience essential within a Marketing/Brand environment which includes:
    • 3 yrs experience dealing with Brands/Marketing on a senior level  
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders collaboration will be advantageous 
    • Advertising agency experience advantageous
    • Quality management & attention to details 
    • Communication Skills (Both verbal and written)  
    • Decision Making Skills & stakeholder management 
    • Interpersonal skills & customer centric approach 
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders  collaboration will be advantageous 
    • Presentation & budget management skills 
    • Telco experience is desirable and understanding of working on big brand campaigns
