• We are currently looking for a strong Business Central (BC) Consultant to join our Managed Services team. Our BC Consultant’s primary responsibility is to perform functional and technical consulting services, deliver successful implementation and support with a high level of client satisfaction to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) customers. The BC Consultant will be focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft’s Business Central ERP solution.

There will be exposure to a wide range of industries, so the ability to quickly understand new business environments is essential.

What Will You Do?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•  Perform business requirements analysis and documentation
•  Define the data migration process, if needed
•  Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations
•  Train users on new process and Business Central (BC) functionality
•  Develop data conversion and testing strategies
•  Manage individual budget and scope of work
•  Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
•  Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support

Who Do You Need to Be?

•  2+ years’ functional experience in implementing BC required
•  2+ years’ functional experience in implementing NAV beneficial
•  Experience within consulting service environment
•  Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
•  Ability to explain technical concepts to business people in a language they understand, and business requirements to technical people
•  Ability to successfully manage and maintain strong relationships with a team and clients
•  Effective planning and organizational skills
•  Passionate and ambitious to deliver on the company’s strategic plan
•  Understanding how to enhance business with technology
•  Relational thinking (How elements of a solution / program / system fit together)
•  Well groomed, pro-active, enthusiastic, upbeat peoples’ person with strong relationship building skills
•  Professional and ethical
•  The ability to work under pressure as part of a highly motivated team
