    Your Career: As the Office Administrator of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

    The Role: The role of Office Administrator is to provide efficient and effective day-to-day business support to ensure the operation functions as a high performing team. Working closely with the South African and wider Commercial team, the Office Administrator will oversee diary management, support with topic prioritisation, compilation of presentations and reports, document management and operational budget tracking amongst other activities.

Since our inception in 2017 and despite the global challenges of 2020, we have accomplished our desired milestones in 2021. As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4x4 in 2022. As the Office Administrator, you will play a huge part in this.     For the Office Administrator we are looking for:

    • Experience working as an Administrative or PA in a busy commercial environment

    • Tech savviness to be able to comfortably navigate & perform daily tasks using Microsoft Office Suite including MS PowerPoint.

    • Previous SAP experience (or alternative finance software) would be advantageous

    • Strong organisational & prioritisation skills, self-motivated and able to work independently at times

    • Creative with ability to think outside the box
