Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Effective management of processes and procedures relating to Talent Acquisition 
• Implementation and maintenance of recruitment processes to achieve recruitment targets Support Talent Acquisition on a global scale by proactively identifying passive talent to pre-qualify candidates for roles, develop relationships and increase engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to develop target lists of sources including companies, networks, associations, existing contacts, etc. to generate ideas and share information that creates more effective sourcing processes 
• Build a strong network of talent and assess talent to gauge alignment for specific roles, or within specific functional groups 
• Excellent Stakeholder management, both internal and external
• Effective Reporting

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
•  6-8 years’ Recruitment experience, preferably as an in-house specialist dealing with senior stakeholders
