Job Description

• We are hiring a Regional F&I Manager at WeBuyCars!

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have):

• Matric (Grade 12)
• RE5 Certificate (Essential for regulatory compliance)
• FAIS Regulatory Compliance (Fit and Proper)
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
• Computer Literacy (Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel)

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications:

• RE1 Certificate (Advantageous, especially for team oversight and supervision)
• NQF Level 4/5 in Financial Services or relevant qualification
• 3+ years in an F&I Manager role
• CPD compliance in terms of FICA, FAIS, POPIA

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Motor Industry
• Leadership experience with a proven track record in managing regional teams
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance products, compliance, and deal processing
• Experience in sales and product performance coaching

• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability (with internal staff and external stakeholders like banks)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and compliance work
• Strategic and operational planning abilities
• Problem-solving, conflict management, and complaint resolution
• Ability to drive performance, motivate teams, and implement training programs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (understanding DOC's, performance metrics, debtors, etc.)

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel regularly
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure
