    Reporting Analyst (Parktown)

    Description

    • As a Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for providing reporting and process support to the Sales Team.
    • The incumbent will be responsible for reporting on business that has been both submitted and accepted from both corporate and retail channels.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    Reporting on Progress   

    • Using appropriate templates and channels to report progress of business on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
    • Reporting on the status of channel applications on a weekly basis
    • Year to date reporting on channels
    • Consolidation of channel submission report
    • Monthly reports on all channels (corporate and retail)
    • Adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy and quality of information presented on the report.

    General Administration

    • Ensure smooth and ongoing coordination and monitoring of the mailbox.
    • Attend to and resolve daily queries and feedback timeously to stakeholders.

    Personal Development

    • Attend and complete training on all RMA products.
    • Attend and complete training on all relevant systems.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?

    • Knowledge of business policies, processes and procedures, legal compliance
    • At least 2 years administration experience
    • 2 years proven sales administration support experience.
    • Advanced Computer skills
    • SQL Knowledge advantageous
    • NQF Level 5 Higher Certificate or higher
    • Ability to interface with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Insurance or Financial Services experience advantageous

    Requirements
