Appointment requirements'

• Grade 12
• At least two years’ relevant working experience in an administrative and financial support environment
• A valid Code B driving licence
• Computer literacy – Word and Excel
• SAP system and e-Procurement system knowledge will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of the BMC Remedy Mid Tier 9.1 system Arsys-prod (new insurance claim system) will be an added advantage
• Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Primary functions

• Render administrative support services for the section
• Render cost-effective financial support services to the section
• Render a personnel support services function
• Render a logistic support service to all occupational health clinics regarding asset control and verification
• Render a secretariat support service
• Render an archive and records management support service
