Requirements:

• Grade 12; 2-5 years’ relevant experience; Valid Driver’s License Code B; Computer Literate: Proficiency in MS Office application; Excellent organizational and administrative skills; Excellent analytic and problem-solving ability; High level of integrity, responsibility and confidentiality; Have ability to give attention to detail and be able to work under pressure; Report writing; Communication Skills; Ability to deal with conflict situations; Excellent Negotiation skills.

Duties:

• Responsible for general administration and management of satellite offices; Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases; Prepare and communicate reports, presentations, memorandum, proposals and correspondences; Assign jobs and duties to office based staff as and when needed; Control and monitor office daily operations; Assists in office needs identifications and determine resource needed for planning; Schedule appointments and meetings for executive and upper level staff; Serves as the go-to/ link for the office inquiries and conflict handling; Manage staff schedules and liaise with main office; Keep records of and track supply inventories and issuing of requisition orders for approval.
