    Senior Associate - HR

    Job Description

    • This role completes all administrative duties for the human resources department help the business needs by Completing some ad hoc tasks when required / instructed to which can include but is not limited to, screening & booking, on-boarding.

    Skills & Attributes required:

    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to manage time
    • Ability to work with people
    • Time keeping
    • Should be confident in dealing with people , holding conversation with people and dealing with paper works with the new joiners in the business during onboarding.

    • Onboarding Management
    • Employee Administration
    • Audting Applications of new joiners
    • Data capturing
    • Process Management
    • Reporting Management

    Experience Required

    • Must have at least 1 years HR administration experience
    • Computer literacy at an intermediate level
    • Administrative excellence.

    Qualifications

    Essential 

    • A Matric/Grade 12 Certificate Preferred

    Additional Information

    • Must have at least 2 years HR administration experience
