Senior Delivery Manager - Telco at McKinsey & Company

As a Senior Delivery Manager: 

• You will lead on business transformation / business change projects by engaging at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained.
• You will lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees in each project.
• You’ll act as a subject matter expert, combining experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.
• You will contribute to the implementation of our Delivery groups growth strategy, and you will take responsibility on the development of the firm.

Your qualifications and skills

• 8+ years of professional experience including some coming from a consulting environment with high problem solving ability.
• 2+ years experience delivering and execution large scale business transformation projects such as: turnaround, restructuring,
• M&A PMI post merger implementation, capability buidling, organisational structure, and setting up a
• Transformation office3+ years industry sector expertise in Telco (Telecommunications)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in financial or similar field with strong record of academic achievement
• Experience developing business unit strategy and leading large- scale change programs, preferably while establishing strong relationships with senior clients
