    Senior HR Manager

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Defines and implements the overall human resources management policy in accordance with the company's general strategy and the group's HR policy.
    • Represents site leadership and negotiates with works council and unions bodies.
    • Supervises and controls payroll.
    • Supports managers psychologically and technically in the application of human resources management (labor law, training, recruitment, career management, compensation, etc.);
    • Enforces the rules of discipline.
    • Manages the teams for which he is responsible and proposes developments (directs, supervises, trains, informs, recruits, etc.). Identifies the necessary training needs of its staff.
    • Monitors the general working conditions and the application of social legislation.
    • Leads communication in the plant.
    • Ensures relations and represents the plant with labor/social organizations and administrations.
    • Ensures reporting to the Management and the group on the implementation of HR projects.
    • Develops, proposes and controls the budget of his/her department.
    • Is a member of the site's Steering Committee.
    • Applies and ensures that all HR, Quality, Environment and Safety procedures and operating methods are applied as part of actions related to its activity, in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
    • HR reference with third parties.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Educational background: University degree (preferable), Master in HR Management (preferable)
    • Work experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in automotive environment in multinational companies or equivalent experience.

    Technical competences:

    • Knowledge of Manufacturers National Collective Agreement.
    • Knowledge of employment law, the sectoral collective agreement, national and company agreements, training law, the main principles of payroll and personnel administration.

    Language skills:

    • proficient in English language.

    ICT skills:

    • Windows and Office proficiency, with focus on Excel.
    • Documents and slide show preparation skills.

    Organizational/management/interpersonal skills:

    • Excellent problem solving skills;
    • Good analysis and decision making.
    • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
    • Team working;
    • Persuasion skills (influencing others);
    • Autonomy and self-organization skill.
    • Time and priorities management;
    • Focused on results with high sense of accountability.
