Senior Technician - Mechanical Ventilation
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , Matric , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Requirements
- An appropriate 3 year Post Matric degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Physical fitness
- A valid Code EB (08) driver’s licence
Key Performance Areas
- Enforce the National Building Control Regulations
- Investigate complaints
- Inspections and routine monitoring (exemptions, zoning and special consent, business licenses and building plans)
- Investigate mechanical and ventilation related noise complaints in terms of the Noise Control Regulations
- Perform administrative duties
- Undergoing skills training
- Initiate and coordinate community involvement within Sub-Districts
