To run the Single Accommodation and Catering effectively and efficiently in line with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements    

• 3 Year qualification in Hospitality management or equivalent.
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 3 years of supervisory experience in catering/accommodation facility environment.
• 1 year planning and budget control
• Knowledge of SAP
• Drivers licence
• Computer Literacy

Primary Duties    

• Budgeting, Planning, Costing and Control
• Administration management of single accommodation
• Management of catering and allocated meeting venues
• Inventory control
• Staff management
