Monitoring, receiving, checking applications / correspondence in relation to ETD programs
Updating and recording various transactions associated with ETD functions on SAP. Creating and maintaining ETD records
Compilation, reconciliation, research and presentation of stats/annual reports to management
Providing relevant ETD information/statistics for compiling the Workplace Skills Plan, the BBBEE report as well as other city reports
Maintain student files and database, ensuring data integrity, management of students’ payments and debtors.
Provide updates to beneficiaries of MMC and FMP programmes
Drafting letters and/or reports around External Opportunities such as Infrastructure Skills Development, Internal and External Financial Support, In-service student training, Graduate Interns, Job Shadow Vacation, Field Workers and Skills Programmes, Learnership and Apprenticeships and Adult Education and Training Students.
