Senior Certificate with 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field. National Diploma (NQF 6) in Human Resource Management and PERSAL (introduction, Personnel Administration, Establishment) will be an added advantage.
Competency Profile: Knowledge of legislation i.e PSA. PSR, Resolutions and relevant prescripts.

Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel) and PERSAL system.
