• You must excel in addressing critical business challenges, including ERP optimisation, operational system integration, and future technology innovation while supporting the company’s manufacturing and compliance goals. 
• You should have significant expertise in ERP systems (preferably Odoo or similar platforms like SAP or Sage)
• A proven ability to configure and optimise systems for accounting, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing functions. 
• Strong project management capabilities are essential for implementing systems, workflows, and advanced technologies like AI and robotics. 
• Experience in data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is critical to delivering actionable insights for decision-making.
• Key soft skills include excellent communication, client-facing abilities, and the capacity to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
• You should have a strong operational background in manufacturing
• A track record of implementing dashboards and workflows and the ability to manage internal resources and third-party providers.
