Traffic Manager at Core Group

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2-5 years integrated traffic experience in an advertising agency. 
• Experience with running with multiple projects and campaign at any given time.
• Experience with production management tools ie monday.com

Who can: 

• Create and be the master of detailed schedules for the team
• Distribute assignments to creative teams
• Manage weekly production meetings with all team members across the business 
• Meet with internal teams and coordinate new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
• Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
• Manage alongside the design team the management and maintenance of job files and campaign collateral 
• Work with external creative and digital agencies and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed on a project-to-project basis
