    Affiliate Manager

    Job Description
    Key Responsibilities:

    • The focus of the Affiliate Account Manager role will be on our sports betting and iGaming brand, and will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our industry leading affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.
    • Affiliate recruitment and management: Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with new affiliates who specialize in iGaming and sports betting traffic.
    • Affiliate program growth: Develop strategies to increase the number and quality of affiliates, with a focus on driving traffic to our brand.
    • Performance optimization: Monitor and analyse the performance of affiliates and campaigns, offering guidance and strategies to maximize revenue and performance.
    • Affiliate communication: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing them with promotional materials, updates, and support.
    • Campaign execution: Work closely with affiliates to plan and execute promotions, exclusive offers, and marketing campaigns that align with our brand.
    • Compliance management: Ensure affiliates adhere to strict regulatory guidelines in the sports betting and iGaming sector, including responsible gaming, advertising standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
    • Reporting & analytics: Track and report on affiliate performance, providing insights to the marketing and leadership teams on campaign success and areas for improvement.
    • Bonus and commission management: Manage affiliate commission structures, bonuses, and incentives, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall business goals.
    • Industry knowledge & insights: Stay updated on iGaming/sports betting industry trends, affiliate marketing practices, and competitor activities to keep our program competitive.

    Qualifications
    Criteria:

    • Solid experience within Affiliate Account Management and Affiliate Marketing.
    • Team player: Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, and compliance teams).
    • Fluent English – both written and spoken.
    • Experience with Revenue share and CPA (Cost Per Action) payment models.
    • Proven planning and organisational skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

    Desirable Criteria:

    • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital acquisition strategies specific to online casinos.
    • Understanding of CRM strategies and player retention in the iGaming industry.

    Human Resources Manager

    Job Description
    Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)

    • Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and counselling sessions.
    • Provide expert guidance on IR issues in line with the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and company policies.
    • Conduct internal investigations and maintain accurate case documentation.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, workplace disputes, and resolution processes.

    HR Compliance & Reporting

    • Oversee Employment Equity (EE) reporting and facilitate EEA2 & EEA4 submissions.
    • Coordinate Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) for submission to the relevant SETA.
    • Ensure full compliance with all South African labour legislation and company policies.
    • Maintain and update the Employment Equity and Skills Development Committees.

    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job specs, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Coordinate pre-employment checks and ensure effective integration of new hires.
    • Maintain accurate and updated employment contracts and records.

    Attendance & HR Administration

    • Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping systems, and manage related queries.
    • Maintain and update employee records including contracts, leave, and disciplinary documentation.
    • Ensure HR administrative processes (filing, record-keeping, documentation) are compliant, efficient, and well-organised.

    Learning & Development

    • Identify training needs and liaise with training provider.
    • Track training attendance, evaluations, and effectiveness.
    • Align learning initiatives with Skills Development goals.

    Employee Engagement & Support

    • Act as a confidential and approachable soundboard for employees.
    • Promote positive employee morale, wellbeing, and inclusive culture.
    • Participate in initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

    Contract & Document Management

    • Draft, issue, and update employee contracts, addendums, and HR letters.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all employee documentation.
    • Store records on employee files

    Performance Management

    • Implement and support the company’s performance management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Guide managers Pitt bosses and employees on conducting appraisals, and addressing underperformance.
    • Monitor performance review cycles and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • HR Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience, with strong focus on Employee Relations and compliance reporting.
    • In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE Act, SDA).

    Proven experience in:

    • Managing WSP/ATR submissions.
    • Preparing and submitting EEA2 and EEA4 reports.
    • Handling complex IR cases.
    • Excellent administrative and time management skills — deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
