    Head - Housing Database

    Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Technology,
    • Public Management and/or Business Administration
    • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Human Settlements, Transaction Management and/or Support Services environment
    • Proven experience in Systems and Database management
    • Relevant managerial experience, including performance and staff
    • management
    • Extensive knowledge of National, Provincial and Local Government
    • Housing programmes, legislation and policies
    • Advanced computer literacy

    Key Performance Areas

    • Plan, manage, co-ordinate and control the development,

    • objectives/plans associated with the management and further development of the integrated housing database and Housing
    • Subsidy System in accordance with the range of National Housing programmes

    Assistant Professional Officer (Three-year fixed-term contract)

    Requirements

    • National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
    • A B degree/Btech/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering would be advantageous
    • Up to two (2) years appropriate experience in a roads and Stormwater maintenance, construction or design environment.

    Environmental Health Assistant

    Requirements

    • A valid Code EB driver’s licence
    • Grade 12 with preferably 1 to 2 years experience in either pest control, health education, water sampling or law enforcement
    • PC literate
    • Physically fit and able bodied
    • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
    • (HPCSA) as an Environmental Health Assistant or application for exam to enable registration as an Environmental Health Assistant with

    Requirements

    • A relevant B Degree
    • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience within economic development, programmes and projects environment.
    • Appropriate experience in project managements, working with communities, staff management and stakeholder engagements.

    Senior/Principal Portfolio Analyst

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics/ statistics/ actuarial sciences/ information systems/ engineering/ business management sciences/ financial management
    • Five (Senior) and Eight (Principal) years’ relevant experience coupled with proven experience in a senior role

    Requirements

    • Professional degree in Town and Regional Planning or equivalent (4-year undergraduate or postgraduate [Masters]

    Principal ERP Analyst

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification: National diploma supported by industry
    • specific/related SAP qualifications
