    Purpose...

    Working alongside the FCTG Executive Team and Senior Leaders this role is responsible for the development of leaders in Flight Centre Travel Group, the key elements of the role are course content development, facilitation and creating a leadership community on business platforms to ensure leaders in FCTG are upskilled and developed on the latest leadership trends to be successful in their current and future roles. The candidate will need a passion for leadership, should have leadership experience and have the skill and expertise to develop and coach leaders, securing a leadership pipeline while developing leadership depth and breadth across all FCTG businesses, working alongside the leadership and business school team to deliver the company leadership strategy.

     

    Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)...

    Development of Leadership Training Material

    There will be a large element of research and development of learning material required in the role, content will be required for all leaders in leisure brands, corporate brands, and support businesses. Ensuring content can be used in various learning platforms and is kept up to date.

    Development of E-learning Content with E-Learning Team

    Content development that forms part of pre- and post-learning to be designed by FCBS & Leadership team for online learning.
    Webinars, pod casts, micro learning modules and other E-learning modules to be designed for FCBS & Leadership team to complete.

    Facilitation of classroom & Online training

    All classroom & online training to be planned and facilitated as required.Manage administrative responsibilities related to the execution and delivery of the training events.Support assessments of skill levels, knowledge and training needs and utilize results to create and facilitate leadership development programs.

    Coaching of leaders

    New leaders to be visited in the business or invited to online coaching sessions to assist with ongoing leadership development and monitor progression or identify opportunities for further training.Provide leadership coaching to experienced leaders that reach out for any assistance or coaching.

    Experience....

    • Minimum 5 years leadership experience
    • Experience facilitating successful leadership training and coaching
    • Successful Leadership track record

    RSA - Travel Consultant (George)

    As a Sales Travel Consultant in a customer facing retail store, you will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer’s next amazing travel experience. You will make travel easy while providing excellent service, and irresistible deals for every traveller. You will be working towards KPI’s and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.  

     

    You will be:  

    • Using your travel experience to sell the products and destinations you love  
    • Delivering exceptional service in order to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and related travel products in person, over the phone and via email  
    • Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents  
    • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest travel regulations and government restrictions

    RSA- Senior Corporate Travel Consultant (Cape Town)

    Purpose:

    • To provide personalized business travel management and boutique service to our clients through multi-level relationships and our industry expertise.

    Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)

    Customer experience:

    • Drive a customer service mentality by delivering on the brand CVP’s
    • You will be responsible for the customer experience from quoting, booking, finance, queries, and complaint handling
    • Ensure enquiries are actioned as per agreed SLA.
    • Quarterly client reviews and visits
    • Consult with client and identify additional opportunities (iCRM)

    Systems and processes:

    • Adhere to One Best Way finance process and procedures
    • Manage client payment including invoicing and statements
    • Assist your colleagues with their portfolios where necessary
    • Attend all conferences and team meetings.

    Sales Ability :

    • Follow the one best way sales process
    • Efficiently balance the need to meet deadlines and work speedily under time pressures while maintaining high standards
    • Sales orientated and can work towards targets, commission and incentives

    • Minimum 3 - 5 years working in the travel industry
    • Senior consultant – preferable
    • Amadeus – Preferable
