    Product Support Agent (Durban)

    Introduction

    Providing Support to all Consumer and Corporate clients on the functionality/health of Tracker units. All queries and request will be assisted/dealt with efficiently and professional.

    Job description

    • Provide telephonic service existing clients.
    • Handle after Installation product support related queries (TomTom, Empower, Skygistics and Skytrax related queries)
    • Liaise with internal / external clients, branches, consultants, as well as fitment departments
    • Capture, maintain and update customer and vehicle details
    • Communicate with the Cancellation department when receiving cancellation request from the clients
    • General office administration (Pull reports, Investigation, Roaming and Login/reset passwords)
    • Provide feedback to the internal and external customers
    • Creating, allocate and follow up on service requests
    • Handle internal and external complaints on Telephonically and emails
    • Any other related tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor / Line Manager
    • Adherence/Comply to schedules as determined on the Telephony system.

    Minimum requirements

    • Must have Matric / Grade 12 
    • Computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook as well as MS Internet Explorer.
    • Understanding of telematics & telecommunications, specifically GSM & satellite communication
    • Excellent Communication (verbal and written) skills
    • Ability to take ownership of tasks and queries
    • Excellent knowledge on Tracker TMS, CRM, CDS, Skytrax Web and Skytrax Sales Support.

    Area Sales Manager - Vereeniging

    Introduction

    The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the area across all channels. The expectation is delivery on the total sales strategy (Business and Consumer) and the growth/domination of market share in Vereeniging and Northwest Areas. The following will be the key deliverables.

    Job description

    • Execution of the sales strategy in the area.
    • The development of sustainable long-term relationships with fleet customers, insurance partners and the motor dealers in the area.
    • Delivery of new customers to the business.
    • Driving the achievement of sales targets in the area through leadership of the sales team.
    • Influencing delivery to customers by building strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and head office staff.
    • Development of staff in the area for the benefit of the business as a whole.

    Minimum requirements

    • At least five years Sales Management experience, in either fleet environment, insurance or motor dealer environment.
    • Experience in leading and motivating sales teams –both commissioning earners and relationship builders.
    • Verifiable experience in achieving business growth in terms of sales and long-term profitability.
    • Experience in vehicle tracking or similar technology will be a distinct advantage.
    • A tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales and Marketing is essential.
    • MDP or similar management development qualification will be advantageous.
    • Strong business acumen.

    • The ability to motivate salespeople and drive delivery on sales in terms of volumes and profitability.

    Insurance Sales Manager

    Introduction

    Reporting to the Head of Central Region, the successful candidate will be responsible for Broker sales in Gauteng. The incumbent will be expected to provide strategic input and direction to the business on sustainable market share dominance over time.

    Job description

    • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Broker Consultants in the Gauteng.
    • Responsible for implementing the sales strategy as defined for the business.
    • Oversee the management of relationships with brokers and underwriters.
    • Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
    • Responsible for the management and control of the regional operational budget.
    • Responsible for marketing and promotion activities within the Broker channels.
    • Maintain and grow key relationships with various partners in Gauteng region.
    • Maintain and grow the relationship with the Insurance Institute of Gauteng.
    • Work closely with the other support areas in the business

    Minimum requirements

    • A tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales and Marketing is essential and at least five years Sales management experience, preferably in the insurance environment.
    •  A business qualification such as an MBA, MDP or similar management development programme would be advantageous.
    • Minimum five years experience in the management of diverse sales teams.
    • Verifiable experience in achieving business growth in terms of sales and long term profitability.
    • Experience in the Insurance environment will be a distinct advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Strategic, intellectual and analytical abilities.
    • Consultative style with influencing ability.
    • High degree of emotional intelligence with strong leadership skills.
