    Sales Consultant - Montague

    The main purpose of the job is to maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling the full Rectron product range.

    •  Work with allocated dealer base that is assigned.
    •  Grow this database on a monthly basis in line with target given.
    •  Achieve GP target on set Database
    •  Achieve target spend across customer breadth given.
    •  Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders.

    Product Manager (Consumer Electronics)

    The main purpose of the job is to ensure growth by effective product planning, marketing and sales of the products.

    •  Management of the product lifecycle, by gathering and prioritizing the product and customer requirements, defining the vision and working closely with suppliers, to deliver winning products and solutions to the market.

    Digital & Marketing Specialist

    Primary Objectives:

    Marketing Specialist Job requirements

    • Pulling reports to assess the state of the average sell out numbers.
    • Assessing Rectron monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets and creating VTT based on average SO.

    Creating campaigns based on these two figures per brands:

    • Microsoft Boxed
    • Microsoft CSP
    • Acronis
    • Bitdefender

    To ensure we align with the vendor and Rectron focus areas per product category such as for:

    • Microsoft Office commercial skus,
    • Server DSP licenses and Windows 11
    • Ms licensing,
    • Customer and sales enablement,
    • Device refresh is a new product is being launched or an old one is EOS.

    Marketing Planning

    • Plan marketing activities driving the objectives of the various Microsoft business units within the Mustek group
    • Keep up to date with new product launches and promotions to ensure that the reseller channel receives adequate information to make proper informed decisions
    • Have an understanding of the strategies of the different vendors, ensuring that all planned activities show congruent messages
    • Work with the Johannesburg team, as well as branches to plan activities

    • Build and manage the digital marketing solution vision and technical roadmap, delivering process enhancements and solutions on time and at a quality essential to supporting business marketing objectives.
    • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
    • Creating content marketing and working with design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
    • Manage and optimise all the company portal websites and all company social media platforms
    • Lead strategic technical initiatives within the group, partnering with developers to optimize web traffic, conceptualise and produce web content and promotional campaigns.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Capture business needs across Business Units and translate those needs into processes, technology, and data solutions capable of scaling to meet demand.
    • Identify and integrate solutions across CRM, marketing tech, advertising tech and supporting solutions focused on streamlining operations and ensuring data efficacy for accurate targeting and measurement.
    • Manage migrations and lead continuous improvement of data governance and data integrity.
    • Manage vendor relationships directly or in partnership with other stakeholders ensuring that the vendor is aware of and operating in line with Full Circle business needs and
    • Create and manage training programs for systems and tools ensuring team members know how to leverage the solutions to meet their objectives and streamline their work.

    RCT Cloud Solutions Sales Specialist - External

    Primary Objectives

     

    Targets & Reviews

    • Ensure that all set targets across profitability, reseller recruit, and reach are met across all product lines

    Sales

    • Proactively recruit new resellers to Rectron’s RCT-Cloud stack
    • Call downs to new and dormant resellers
    • Respond to quotes timeously and accurately
    • Actively work with existing resellers to understand their business and to identify new opportunities to work with them on the cloud business
    • Close all renewal and recurring sales, proactively making use of all vendor tools for information
    • Assist colleagues in Johannesburg and nationwide with quote requests that come in
    • Set clear and realistic deadlines with customers on service delivery goals
    • Actively sell across the entire RCT-Cloud solution stack
    • Work with the support team to assist customers with support queries as they arise
    • Act as the internal team to the business development specialists
    • Proactively quote on renewal and recurring billings – these can be tracked through information provided by manager, Microsoft as well as Explore.ms

     

    Administrative & Planning

    • Keep Rectron’s CRM systems up to date with regards to activities and pipeline. This must be managed on a weekly basis
    • Submit an activity report once every two weeks, including details of key deals, wins and challenges
    • Track individual contribution towards overall GP targets and reseller reach across all product sets
    • Set an account plan for your customers, and work with manager on driving key activities that will help you to grow the business

    RCT-Cloud Team Accountability

    • Proactively assist colleagues where help is needed
    • Nominate a team member as your backup for when you are not in the office
    • Raise issues with colleagues as they arise, and work together to resolve those issues

    Rectron’s teams

    • Actively work with members of the Rectron sales team to upskill them in the field of cloud/software solutions
    • Assist members of the Rectron sales team as requested
    • Engage with Rectron’s broader teams to identify and manage opportunities

    Rectron Events

    • Assist in the execution of Rectron events
    • Proactively follow up on leads arising from Rectron events

    Training

    • Proactively use vendor portals to complete training
    • Feedback to manager on a quarterly basis on all completed training
    • Attend training sessions as required (in person and online)
