Description
- The purpose of the role is to present Sectional Title units to prospective tenants and deliver documents as and when required.
Facilitate the viewing of the units.
- Check the vacancy list.
- Ensure that the keys for the vacant units are available.
- Ensure that the units are acceptable for occupation in terms of your own standards of acceptability. Where the occupation dates are future dated, ensure that a job card has been registered and take a copy of the job card to the viewing.
- Confirm appointments with tenants.
- Take the prospective tenants to view the units.
- Advise the tenants of the amenities that are available in the surrounding areas.
- Complete the viewing form and submit to the Operations Manager.
- Provide assistance to the tenant in completing the application form (i.e. pre-screening).
- Deliver a high standard of Customer Service, striving for Customer Service excellence.

Ensure a polite and professional attitude towards customers.

Maintain the Company vehicle.
- Keep vehicle neat and tidy at all times.
- Report any problems or damages of the vehicle to the Fleet Manager.

Job Purpose
- To provide administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and Sectional Title Property Managers.
Meetings and calendar coordination
- Proxies and nominations to be done timeously.
- Enquire from Sectional Title Property Managers (STPM) whether they will attend the body corporate meetings.
- Keep the STPM’s calendars up to date as meetings and building visits occur.
- Saving minutes of meetings as received.
- Discuss any major concerns of decisions made during the meeting with the Portfolio Manager.
Customer Service

Performing Administration functions.

- The purpose of the role is to maximize the financial performance of the portfolio, maintaining the buildings according to accepted business standards and managing tenants and staff.
Financial performance of the Portfolio
- Prepare and refine portfolio budgets in line with agreed assumptions and other relevant information to determine the targets to be achieved for the financial year.
