    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Junior Consultant for Finance and Operations 1

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Senior Consultants: Collaborate with experienced D365 consultants to understand project requirements, gather client needs, and assist in designing D365 solutions to meet those requirements.
    • Configuration and Customization: Assist in the configuration and customization of D365 F&O, or specific modules like Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
    • Data Management: Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate data transfer from legacy systems to D365 applications while maintaining data integrity.
    • Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in testing activities to validate D365 solutions, identify bugs, and troubleshoot issues during the implementation process.

    • Participate in identifying creative solutions for processes that aren’t fully accomplished by standard D365
    • Participate in developing and delivering presentations to customers by outlining findings and recommendations to guide the implementation of the identified solution.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or related CRM/ERP systems is a plus
    • Basic understanding of business processes and concepts in sales, marketing, customer service, finance, or supply chain domains
    • Familiarity with configuration concepts within D365, such as entity customization, workflows, forms, views, and security roles
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn quickly

    Valuations Modeling and Economics - Complex Assistant Manager 1

    Your key responsibilities

    • As an Assistant Manager within our VM&E team you're likely to spend your day to day advising clients on complex financial and capital decisions.
    • You will be working with them to understand their data, their strategic requirements and create analysis using financial modelling and data analytics techniques aligned to their strategic priorities.

    To qualify for the role you must have

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
    • Superior financial modelling skills in MS Excel.
    • Experience with any of the following software packages: SQL Server; Data Visualization applications (e.g. Tableau, MS Power BI); Statistical packages (e.g. MATLAB R or Python), VBA.
    • At least 4 years of experience developing financial models and analytical solutions from scratch, utilizing best practice methodologies and performing quality control procedures.
    • At least 1 year of experience managing project expenditures against budget and revenue, supervising teams and scoping project requirements.
    • At least 1 year of experience of managing projects from start to finish.
    • Ability to provide sound guidance to team members to ensure the completion of work deliverables.
    • Availability for up to 60% of travel for client projects when necessary.

    Ideally, you’ll also have

    • Experience working in venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, or consulting businesses.
    • CFA certification or significant progress towards these or similar certifications.

    Junior Executive Assistant 1

    Key Responsibilities

    Relationship management

    • Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for allocated Partners
    • Develop and maintain internal and external networks, building knowledge of key client handling teams and issues in order to effectively identify and communicate priorities.

    Diary and meeting management

    Project Coordinator in Financial Reporting Group - JHB

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take lead in all administrative aspects for the FRG department and provide support to the FRG Leadership including setting up meetings, taking minutes and tracking and communicating actions.
