    Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute a clear analytical vision and strategy for MPS, which is aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the team.
    • Oversee data collection, storage, and integration processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
    • Champion data governance practices to maintain data consistency and compliance with regulations.
    • Utilise advanced analytics techniques and tools to extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time and historical data insights to key stakeholders across the organisation.
    • Ensure data-driven decision-making is promoted at all levels.
    • Drive the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and optimise business processes.
