    Head of HR

    • We are looking to hire an experienced HR Leader who will collaborate with the CEO and Leadership team to lead the People & Culture function.
    • The role is Cape Town based with frequent travel required to Johannesburg and reports to the CEO.
    • We view our people agenda as central to our commercial success, and our HR lead is a key contributor to the business success and strategy.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end HR value chain across two companies – Property24 and AutoTrader
    • Lead an HR team (HR Business Partner and HR Administrator)
    • Elevate our overall HR operations through aligned HR processes and systems/tools
    • Introduce and embed talent development capabilities and invest into the growth of our top talent
    • Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people matters
    • Manage employee relations matters and represent the company at the CCMA
    • Manage the employment equity landscape for the organisation including all submissions and group reporting
    • Support global diversity and inclusion initiatives and roll out locally where applicable
    • Be a link between group HR functions and the business, enabling the business and HR strategies by cascading group initiatives where relevant.

    Experience That Could Contribute To Success In This Role

    • Demonstrable experience in an HR leadership role with demonstrated experience managing the end to end HR value chain
    • Must be able to navigate strategically but get involved in the operations, as this role will straddle both.
    • Eye for business: understand business strategy and operating plans and have the ability to apply critical thinking and create people solutions that will drive these plans
    • Excellent all-round HR knowledge: employee relations, performance management, change management, recruiting, learning & development and reward.

    Head of Sales

    • We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing a sales strategy and leading a team of Customer Relationship Managers and Advertising Managers nationally. The person should have demonstrated sales experience at a senior management level and be comfortable negotiating complex deals.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong partnerships and relationships with customers while collaborating with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
    • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.

    Account Manager - Eastern Cape

    Responsibilities

    • To achieve all sales revenue targets through:
    • Focus on the diagnostic selling process across your customer base by implementing all phases of the sales process at executive level and with the relevant decision makers. Complete within the specified deadlines to ensure value is created.
    • Increase dealer yield by continually selling your customers up the product staircase.
    • Increase customer numbers by developing new business through new customer acquisition, through a process of:
    • Identifying and qualifying prospects through cold calls and outbound hunting.
    • Focus on pipeline creation by constantly building relationships with new customers to maximise opportunities for revenue growth.
    • Ensure achievement of all client visits and telephone calls as per contact plan.
    • Log all daily meeting and call activity on activity tracking sheets provided
    • Actively engage with various internal departments within the business to coordinate necessary resources to progress and close deals.
    • Meet monthly KPI’s to achieve the defined customer contact plan identified for your area of responsibility.
    • Maintain a high level of quality service to your customers.
    • Encourage your dealer to rate your service when he receives the link/call so that you can continuously grow and improve in your role.

    Administration

    • Full compulsory usage of daily activity sheets..
    • Activity needs to be updated after every customer interaction ie: record notes on every meeting / call
    • It is essential that that your daily activity correlates to your activity sheet productivity
    • All customer appointments must be completed weekly in your Outlook Calendar as per the Diary Management Memo.
    • It is essential to load the following details in every appointment:
    • Dealership Name
    • Contact Number
    • Person you met with
    • All diagnostic documents to be completed and updated weekly on customers who have been taken through this process.
    • Follow sales cycle to execution as described in the pipeline management memo
    • All client/Account Manager digital complaints/queries to be resolved within the same working day (if possible).
    • Keep your manager abreast of any competitor activity that you become aware of.
    • Meet cash up deadlines
    • Submit credit note requests prior to credit note meeting
    • Manage your age debt book to ensure that your customers adhere to payment terms
    • Keep your manager abreast of any risk customers within 24 hours
    • Forecasts to be sent through to your line manager daily by 4pm

    Dealer Engagement

    • Ensure all dealer information is updated at all times in the relevant google sheets as well as with the finance department

    Learning and Development

    • Take full advantage of all the scheduled training sessions provided
    • In order to keep abreast of the evolving digital world and identify any gaps in your learning; you need to upskill yourself by:
    • Completing In-house courses related to you role
    • Approaching key stakeholders to assist you in your career growth

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must have matric or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 year’s working with MS Excel and Google docs
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital sales
    • Experience working independently
