Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of ASME, Euro Norm, API, and ISO standards.
• Familiarity with local legislation and standards for pressure equipment.
• Understanding of non-pressure equipment following API and BS codes.
• Expertise in documentation requirements for imported equipment, including PER and SANS 347 stipulations.
• Proficiency in API 610 pumps, API 682 sealing systems, compressors, agitators, and mechanical transport of solids.
• Supervision and approval of mechanical engineering technical documents.
• Preparation of project standards, engineering, and technical specifications.
• Acting as a liaison between PT Project teams, clients, contracts, authorities, licensors, etc., proactively resolving issues.
• Reporting project progress to the Head of Department (HOD).

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSc/BEng).
• Professional Registration (PrEng).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant design experience in the Petrochemical/Chemical industry.
