    Procurement & Technical Administrator

    About the role

    • As a Technical Administrator, manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, technical maintenance workflows, Service Level Agreement (SLA) administration, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance administration, and general office administration. The role ensures financial integrity through accurate GL coding, tracks vendor performance metrics against contracts, maintains meticulous digital master files and safety registers for audit readiness, and provides high-level operational support to the Senior Technical Manager and vendor network.

    What you will bring

    Experience / Education:

    • Grade 12
    • Certificate or diploma in either Bookkeeping, Supply Chain, Property and Facilities Management, Contract Administration, or Safety Management 
    • Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a technical administrative, procurement, SLA management, or OHS compliance-related role within Property or Facilities Management.

    Skills required:

    • Basic Bookkeeping/Financial Literacy, Technical Literacy (building systems), SLA/Contract Performance Administration, OHS Administration, Accuracy and Attention to Detail (specifically for GL coding, safety logs, and contract metrics), Negotiation Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Proactive problem solving, Time Management, Organising skills, Ability to Multitask, Tact and Discretion for dealing with confidential information, Good Written and Spoken Communication Skills, Excellent Computer and Administration Skills, Flexible and Adaptable Approach to work, Ability to use Own Initiative, Accurate minute taking essential.

    Knowledge required:

    • Chase or similar Software (Workflow and Procurement), General Ledger (GL) structures, Contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and the role of an OHS administrator, B-BBEE certificate levels and statutory compliance, Procurement best practices, Property Management operational procedures, Computer literacy (MS Office including Excel and Word), Company policies, procedures, and values

    Competencies required:

    What you will be doing:

    Financial Procurement

    • Load approved requisitions and issue PO’s.
    • Assign correct GL Codes to PO’s.
    • Track Accruals for work in progress.
    • Ensure orders are loaded as per SLA terms.

    Operations (Chase Software)

    • Open, assign, and track PO’s.
    • Verify technical work completion.
    • Generate operational performance reports.

    SLA Administration

    • Maintain the Master SLA and Contract Tracker.
    • Monitor vendor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against contract terms.
    • Flag expiring contracts and trigger renewal workflows.
    • Track and report vendor non-performance issues

    Vendor Compliance & OHS Administration

    • Manage Vendor Portal approvals and B-BBEE updates.
    • Collect Contractor Letters of Good Standing and 37.2 Agreements.
    • Maintain building safety registers, incident logs, and service certificates (fire, lifts, etc.).
    • Coordinate OHS committee meetings and distribute agendas/minutes.

    Document & Data Control

    • Maintain Technical, SLA,  OHS Administration and Master Files on the shared drive.
    • Highlight outstanding or expiring documentation.

    General Admin & Support

    • Assist Senior Technical Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
    • Minute taking and diary coordination.
    • Answer/direct calls and manage mail.

    Gift Card Supervisor / Marketing Assistant / Exhibition Sales Specialist

    About the role

    • The purpose of this role is to manage and supervise the Gift Card function at centre level ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and achievement of sales targets.
    • The role further supports Exhibition Sales by contributing to revenue generation through the sale and coordination of promotional and activation space, and Marketing through the execution of campaigns, events, and tenant engagement initiatives.
    • This position requires a highly organised and commercially aware individual capable of balancing operational control, sales delivery, and marketing execution across multiple reporting lines.

    What you will bring

    Required

    • Grade 12 (Matric).
    • 3–5 years’ experience in retail, customer service, sales, or administration.

    What you will be doing:

    Gift Card Operations, Compliance & Sales

    • Supervise and manage gift card administrators, including scheduling and performance.
    • Drive achievement of monthly gift card sales targets.
    • Oversee daily reconciliations, cash handling, and reporting accuracy.
    • Ensure full compliance with FICA, banking, and audit requirements.
    • Manage corporate gift card sales (orders, invoicing, packaging, handover).
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
    • Ensure audit readiness with zero compliance findings.
    • Support tenant onboarding and resolve gift card-related queries.
    • Train, coach, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.  
    • Full operational control of gift card processes, compliance, and team supervision.
    • Allocates tasks and schedules within the gift card team.
    • Supports execution decisions for marketing campaigns and exhibitions within approved plans.
    • Coordinates across departments to ensure alignment.
    • Escalates strategic, financial, or compliance risks to the relevant reporting manager.

    Exhibition Sales & Revenue Contribution

    • Support the sale of exhibition and promotional space within the centre.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing for clients.
    • Engage with brands, agencies, and tenants to identify sales opportunities.
    • Coordinate logistics and execution of exhibitions and activations.
    • Ensure activations align with centre strategy and operational requirements.
    • Monitor and report on activation performance and revenue contribution.
    • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity.

    Marketing Campaigns & Event Execution

    • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and centre events.
    • Coordinate suppliers, campaign materials, and logistics.
    • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media coordination.
    • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting.
    • Maintain marketing calendars, inventory, and documentation.
    • Support tenant communication and campaign participation.

    Tenant & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Act as a key point of contact for tenants, shoppers, and clients.
    • Liaise with tenants regarding marketing, exhibitions, and gift card participation.
    • Communicate promotional opportunities and campaigns.
    • Gather feedback and provide insights to relevant managers.

    Administration & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records across all three functional areas.
    • Compile and submit reports to respective managers (gift card, marketing, exhibitions).
    • Ensure accurate processing of invoices, contracts, and documentation.
    • Support audit processes and ensure compliance standards are met.

    Maintenance Assistant

    Mall Train Driver

    About the role

    • As a Train Driver, you will operate the train inside of the mall in a safe and professional manner. Maintain a positive image of the Mall’s brand by driving customers through the mall during mall trading hours. Liaise with customers in a welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner when operating the train.

    What you will bring

    • Code B Drivers License

    What will you be doing:

    • Deliver outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm
    • Establish a heartfelt connection with every customer
    • Monitor stock and all marketing items in the Marketing storeroom
    • Ensure that the marketing storeroom is neat and tidy
    • To carry out a safety check daily in the mornings before any shoppers can board the train.
    • The Driver must ensure that a limited number of passengers board the train and is never overloaded.
    • The driver will always be friendly, professional and neatly presented.
    • If at any time there is a situation that the driver does not feel comfortable addressing or a problem that needs to be solved, the driver must inform the Marketing Manager to assist.
    • The driver will always be cognizant of his/her surrounding and make sober decisions when driving at a reasonable speed.
    • Ensure that children are accompanied by an adult at all times. No adult can leave the child on the train at any point in time for any reason.
    • Ensure that the train is charged fully overnight and inform the Marketing team should the train have any issues.
    • Make use of the bell to warn shoppers that the train is heading in their direction.
    • Ensure that the train is clean at all times.
    • If any technical issue arises, the driver must stop the train immediately and contact the Marketing Manager as soon as possible, this includes accidents.
