    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and assess customer needs.

    Lead Generation:

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.

    Client Meetings:

    • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, wishes, and concerns.

    Product Presentations:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services to potential clients.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Create regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data for performance analysis.

    Representation:

    • Participate on behalf of the company in industry exhibitions, conferences, and events.

    Negotiation and Deal Closure:

    • Negotiate and close deals, addressing customer complaints or objections effectively.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve team goals.

    Customer Feedback:

    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate insights to internal teams.

    Requirements:

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.

    Education:

    • At least a Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, life science, or related disciplines.

    Language Skills:

    • Proficiency in English.

    Technical Skills:

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus, though not mandatory.
    • Sales and Marketing Aptitude:
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

    Presentation Skills:

    • Aptitude in delivering attractive and impactful presentations.
