    General Manager

    The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. Provide leadership and direction to a team of people

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for setting strategies, achieving sales targets and ensuring brand awareness  
    • Responsible for overall coordination, management and leadership of sales activities of the Motor dealer business
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships
    • Responsible for analysing trends in market and formulate and implement appropriate response strategies
    • Contribute to team success
    • Analyse existing portfolios, develop a plan at retaining key clients and expanding services/solutions offerings
    • Build and sustain key relationships through strategic networking
    • Conduct product presentations at selected target accounts
    • Advise the company on current affairs within the target market, such as opportunities, threats, competitor activities, and other such information that is fundamental to the success of AN in this target market.
    • Manage the effective achievement of business unit objectives through effective leadership and by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating teams to maximise performance.
    • Build and manage a high performing sales team by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development.
    • Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary.
    • Provide definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team.
    • Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback through a well-defined and implemented performance review program within the business unit.
    • Ensure that appropriate governance systems are in place and in line with future requirements, i.e. policies, procedures and reporting structures.
    • Manage business risk, through continuous internal and external monitoring of business impact, as well as changes in stakeholder needs.
    • Lead and guide improvement projects that will increase profits or protect against risks in the function.
    • Establish and maintain the highest ethical standards in operations practices.
    • Ensure that the business unit is fully compliant with all Altron initiatives through conducting regular audits and taking corrective action.
    • Oversee relationship with clients and ensure all the services are delivered properly, evaluate the performance of sales teams and address any deviations
    • Manage relationships with other General Managers and enable collaboration

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • 10+ years of progressive, professional and holistic experience in strategy, sales and marketing analysis in the Motor Dealers industry
    • Minimum 5 years at General/Senior Management level
    • Existing network and proven ability to build and maintain relationships at a strategic level
    • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in Telematics, Insurance and or Consumer Sales.

    Business Intelligence Developer

    The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skillset and extensive experience in this industry. As a result, the candidate should be able to design, develop and test the products required for the company's needs. Moreover, the candidate should be able to work with other developers in determining product strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate business needs to technical specifications
    • Design, build and deploy BI solutions
    • Maintain and support data analystics platforms
    • Create tools to store and analyze data (e.g.: OLAP cubes)
    • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
    • Evaluate and improve existing BI Systems
    • Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
    • Develope and execute database queries and conduct analyses
    • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
    • Develop and update technical documnetation
    • Assist DBA team in performaing regular testing of BCP, DP and backup systems in line with audit requirements'Maintain archiving strategies for on premise, hosted, myltitenant and shared serves
    • Adhere to data security policies and controls in line with audit requirements
    • Work with dev-ops on performance, index tuning, stored proc and database development
    • The development, maintenance and automation of SSIS ETL & maintenance
    • The development and maintenance of SSRS environments as per business requirements

    Qualifications

    • Tertiary Diploma or Degree in Computer Science
    • 5+ years development experience, C# programming, T-SQL programming, Microsoft Development, thorough knowledge of Microsoft development tools
    • Expierence with Dynamics AX & CRM
    • Expierence with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
    • Thorogh knoweledge of Microsoft development tools (e.g: OLAP cubes)
    • Knoweldge of Agile and Kanban
    • Online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL frameworks

    Support Engineer

    The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skillset and extensive experience in this industry.     • Maintain and monitor our Vigil Plus hosted solutions as well as those that are self-hosted by our various clinets
    • Maintain and monitor the Cloud implementation hosted at ATC for our international clients
    • Maintain and monitor the various hub servers used for the 601 and 305 products
    • Maintain and support the new Vigil Cloud solution
    • Maintain and monitor the various websites hosted at Netstar
    • Maintain and monitor the various wes services and integration points vital to the Netstar operations
    • Maintain and monitor new services as and when launched

    Qualifications

    • Software support Diploma or Equivalant
    • Good understanding of relational database
    • Good understanding of Computer networks and secutiry
    • Good software troubleshooting skills
    • At least 2 years experience in a dedicated software support environment
    • A+, N+, MCSA or MCSE Qualitfiacations
    • 1 Year C# experience
    • 1 Year ASP.NET Experience
    • 1 Year T-SQL query experience
    • Electronics trouble shooting skills
    • Cloud or Azure Technology exposure
