    General Manager- iStore B2B

    The role is tasked with tackling the below indicated challenges and to position the iStore Business and Think Ahead to ensure that it maximizes growth opportunities within the specified market

    • To deliver quarterly sales targets that are secured directly by the iStore Business sales team across any channel within the Core holding company
    • Manage the team to meet aggressive growth sales targets
    • Develop key end user and partner relationships
    • Ensure iStore Business team is primary vehicle for stimulating iStore Business demand for represented products and services in Southern Africa
    • Be a custodian of the brand we represent to corporate customers
    • Ensure that complimentary products ans services are commercialised and ready to sell by corproate sales team including, software, services, finance deals, related products and accessories
    • Develop business into corporate clients especially in segments not previously covered by Apple
    • Implement strategies to substantially increase the quantity and quality of product, solutions and technical skills within the sales team
    • Development of more, better quality strategic partnerships that will allow the organistion to achieve a greater degree of scalability
    • Provide a high degree of service and support to end user customers
    • Recruit and mentor a high performance team capable of maximising business opportunities on a sustainable basis
    • Ensure a clear succession plan in place for all key members of the team
    • Own and manage the internal relationships within business that are part of the delivery chain for the customer
    • Design and deploy processes and workflows to address new project and operational needs
    • Staff and HR process management
    • Draft scope, review and manage legal contracts as required by business and Apple
    • Debtors reviews
    • Finance deal review and approval
    • GP Reviews
    • Functional discount vs Selling price review
    • Prepare and maintain sales reporting and incentive statements
    • Generate sales analytics as required from historic sales reports

    Requirements:

    • Matric and relevant tertiary 
    • 10+ years related experience
    • Proven skills in negotiation and influencing at a key decision maker level
