Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE to join our team specializing in LOGISTICS for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in KURUMAN, NORTHERN CAPE, SOUTH AFRICA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.
Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
Demonstrate strong warehouse skills and ability to work independently
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Exposure to SAP and the EWM Modules
Diligently seeking new ways to grow using both formal and informal development channels.

We are looking for a talented CROSS BORDER KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team specializing in SALES for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Develops, manages, and maintains customer support plans for strategic key customers in Southern Africa and works with stakeholders in the business to achieve expected results and deliver value for the customers
Manages accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation with customers in Southern Africa
Provides leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives and counter sales specialists
Achieves sales targets for dealers in Southern Africa as well as Europe based Export Houses
International travel up to 45% of the time and manage the performance of channel partners and dealers in Southern Africa
Provides input into sales and business development strategy for Southern Africa by providing monthly territory updates
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
5 - 10 years Aftermarket, Sales and service experience assisting machinery equipment in the mining/construction industry in Southern Africa
-Skilled in building relationships with customers, managing key accounts and being able to handle conflict with customers.
Communication - Fluent in English & French to effectively assist customer base
Strong customer service skills are essential
