    Solar Technician (On-Grid, Off-Grid, Thermal)

    Is this you?

    • You are electrically wired and enjoy electrical wiring. You have hands-on experience on solar sites and come with mechanical experience too. You are a passionate person who cares for sustainable greener solutions and don’t mind travelling to various sites.

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • You will be involved in electrical and mechanical installation works (single and three phase) and you are part of the successful commissioning of the PV plant. Fault finding and SANS compliance are part of the job and this is easy for you as you are up to date with regulations. You will work closely with your construction manager to ensure the site is constructed and run effectively.

    • You will be working for a leading renewables energy company specializing in off-grid and grid-tied solutions. You will be based in Cape Town with occasional travel to sites and the offices in Cape Town and JHB.

    Financial Manager CA(SA)

The ability to speak German will be a definite advantage (although negotiable)

Their offices are in JHB and Durban, and you can expect to travel between the offices on a monthly basis (you can be based in either Joburg, Durban or Cape town but traveling will be required).

    What you’ll need

    • Ideally, you will have a MBA, coupled with a BCom Degree / Fin Degree (Hons)
    • You will have over 10 years experience at a General Management or EXCO level managing income-generating divisions of a Bank, plus 5 years experience driving SME and Retail Banking projects from start to finish.

     

    Direct experience in the design and management of digital products in the financial services industry as well as managing transactional products in a retail banking environment will be an added advantage. And finally, you’ll need to have experience on initiatives and ideas to capitalize on new growth opportunities.
