    Learning Design Consultant - REMOTE

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Learning Design & Content development: 

    • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content by utilizing technical and creative writing skills to engage course participants. 
    • Support the roll out of learning experiences to ensure sustainability of key objectives through designing, curating & developing learning content (e.g., playlists, video, job aids, infographics, how-to guides, podcasts, courses, user stories and other performance support resources).
    • Create, develop, and maintain learning SharePoint pages, course materials, facilitator guides, instructor manuals, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals. 
    • You’ll co-create and curate content with SMEs and other learning colleagues into learning journeys and pathways in LMS (Cornerstone) and be familiar with current and future trends in adult learning and motivation. 
    • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods to build training modules based on existing content, investigative research, and documented curriculum.
    • Produce eLearning courses on time and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy. Use Learning team tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Moodle) to record and produce training videos. Use learning tools (microlearning, Articulate, etc.) to create eLearning modules.
    • Use LMS and other content creation tools to build assessments for classroom, virtual, eLearning, and distance learning curriculum.
    • Support virtual and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) as well as curate quality e-learning materials that align closely with the learning and developmental needs by region, department, and job/skill levels.
    • Integrate adult learning best practices and thought leadership into eLearning courses.

    • You will engage across key organizational matrixed stakeholders to ensure program delivery and therefore require strong communication, consultation, organizational skills, executive presence, emotional intelligence. 
    • You will be a part of a highly engaged and creative global learning and leadership team. 
    • There will be times where you will need to be flexible with working hours to accommodate for collaboration with other countries and you will be comfortable using web-based communication tools (such as Microsoft Office 365, Zoom) to work with other team members across the globe.

    Position Requirements

    • A degree, with a focus in instructional design, graphic design, learning & development, education, communications, or a related discipline.
    • The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in learning and development:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience developing eLearning modules and writing instructor led lesson plans incorporating adult learning principles.
    • Experienced visual content designer with a strong grasp of Development tools (Articulate, Microlearning, Camtasia, Premiere, Moodle-scrom)
    • 3 years’ experience in process management for the training development lifecycle, from initial design through delivery and implementation (ADDIE model)
    • 2+ years’ experience with instructional design experience preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of learning modalities and learning styles.
    • Experience with Cornerstone or other LMSs is preferred. 
    • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate with staff at all levels of an organization, managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
    • Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change.
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong team player.
    • Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of design thinking and principles of sustained engagement and the impact of these on learning quality/effectiveness and business outcomes
    • Experience in large, matrixed and multinational global organizations is preferred

    HR Officer - Employee Life-Cyle (GCC Africa - Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    Job Description

    • Focus on documentation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Lead cross-team collaboration to identify root causes and propose solutions for continuous improvement with the goal of operational excellence
    • Support the ongoing maintenance of self-service documentation and policies.
    • Own the knowledge management for key processes, systems and tools and support the development and delivery of training and related materials
    • Assist stakeholders to define workarounds and alternatives to key problems when technology solutions aren’t available
    • Maintain a best-in-class customer experience and respond to inquiries within outlined Service Level Agreements, escalating where needed
    • Support ongoing maintenance of open position data and work with finance to shepherd the flow of data between teams in the forecast cycles
    • Support ad-hoc reporting needs, audit requests and weekly dashboard data refreshes
    • Handle a variety of people related data changes (e.g., manager changes, off cycle job changes, open positions updates) and pro-actively identify and help resolve basic employee data integrity issues through ongoing proactive data audits (e.g., open position, finance information, location, bonus metric)
    • Act as a data steward to ensure data governance is observed for each transaction.
    • A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.

    HR Administrator - Johannesburg

    What You'll Bring:

    Day-To-Day you will:

    • Be the Front-Line Support for Employee Queries Globally: Provide the best employee experience by executing cases and responding to employees queries according to internal policies and procedures as well as the country/region’s regulations.
    • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure you are providing best in class employee HR support. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all third parties receive relevant information in timely manner
    • Workday Data Administration: Ensure Workday tasks and transactions are completed promptly and accurately. Processing Workday transactions in an accurate and timely manner & liaison with central HRIS teams to ensure proactive improvements to the system where appropriate. Providing system generated reports, insights and analytics plus other management information to stakeholders on request.
    • Perform HR Service Operations Tasks: This includes, but is not limited to: investigating, analyzing, and auditing employee data.
    • Ensuring documentation is up to date, stored correctly and in line with legislative and local regulatory requirements including GDPR.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • A proven track record of working in a fast-paced administration team or customer service environment, ideally within HR.
    • Experience in the use of Microsoft office – excel, PowerPoint etc
    • Experience handling sensitive situations and handling customers and stakeholders with empathy and understanding.
    • Experience handling sensitive data.
    • Personable and friendly, you’ll be a key ambassador of the Global People Services team providing HR service to our managers and colleagues.
    • A positive outlook when faced with obstacles. Self-aware and able to escalate when needed
    • Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
