Overall purpose of the position
We are searching for a dedicated mentor to facilitate the transition of new interns into our Provisioning Team.
The mentor will orientate these individuals to our existing structures, encourage their participation in events, and alert them to all pertinent opportunities. In addition, the Mentor will be required to train and upskill all interns on the necessary skills needed to adjust to our working environment.
For the duration of the interns’ time at Webafrica, the Mentor will work to grow and groom the interns to be Super agents within Webafrica.
The mentor should also discern their interns’ adjustment-related difficulties and then seek to resolve these with urgency.
To be successful as a mentor, you should be acutely familiar with predictable difficulties associated with transitioning to new contexts. Ultimately, a noteworthy mentor will encourage the social integration of their mentees to ensure a well-rounded, fulfilling experience at our organization.

Demonstrable experience as a mentor.
Familiarity with sound mentorship practices.
Thoroughly knowledgeable about the central tenets of and structures within the Provisioning department.
Top-notch orienting and coaching skills.
Capacity to actualize all personal commitments.
Ability to perceive psychosocial, medical, and similar difficulties.
Top-notch tracking and intervention abilities.
Cordial, accommodating, and highly capable.
Mentor Responsibilities
Hosting introductory events geared at meeting your mentees.
Situating your mentees by informing them of our institute's procedural norms and initiatives.
Alerting your mentees to potential adjustment-related obstacles and issuing them with suitable resources to help negate these.
Scheduling follow-ups to gauge your mentees' progress.
Encouraging participation in mentor-mentee bonding initiatives to facilitate mentees' social orientation.
Supporting mentees during stretches of psychosocial and medical hardship.
Attending mentorship meetings to share headway, concerns, and details regarding upcoming mentorship events.
Reporting all pressing concerns to our Provisioning Manager and Head of HR for in-depth review.

Purpose of the role:
Our sales team is the frontline of our company culture and the first time a customer experiences Webafrica. The person in this role will need to ensure that all our sales agents are fully trained up on all products, sales processes and that they know the ins and outs of each infrastructure provider’s billing processes. In addition, you’d need to assist sales managers by helping improve our teams performance by listening to calls, improving our team’s pitch and quality along with making sure that we deliver the best live chat experience out there. As the Sales Trainer, the successful candidate would be the owner of the sales training component in its entirety.

Duties:
Proactive stance on assisting sales agents who need improvement
To oversee and make sure that quality & accuracy of work is there
Improvement on sales pitches and skills
Listen to calls to determine call QA as well as Live Chat QA
Identify where an agent’s pitch or quality needs improvement
Develop and monitor plans to achieve
New joiner sales training
To ensure that new joiners are familiar with systems, processes, pitches, etc.
Ongoing coaching to ensure new joiners achieve their monthly goals
Assist with Call QA KPI line items
Prepare Call QA KPI results for managers
Assist in revising and creating online training material and assessments
Assist managers with day-to-day tasks if needs be
Assist with interview assessments
