    Showroom Coordinator

    Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

    • Standard 10 / Grade 12.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and preferably from a branding environment.
    • Proficient in Business English, both verbal and written.
    • Above average interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer liaison skills.

    Key Performance Area

    • Showroom co-ordination, including creative displays of product
    • Deal with internal and external customers efficiently and professionally.
    • Ordering samples, clothing tickets and gifting code stickers.
    • Respond to all emails timeously. Handle online enquiries.
    • Assisting clients in the showroom.Assist other branches when requested.
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects.Load registration docs on Amtrack for new clients.
    • Follow-up on loaned out showrooms.Assist clients in showroom with online orders.
    • Handle boardroom bookings for clients.Take pictures/measure items for sales team.
    • Monitor discontinued/faulty stock.Relieve at reception when required.
    • Assisting in warehouse (dispatch and credits) when required
    • Assisting clients with stock enquiries (telephonically and walk-ins).  
    • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements. 
    • Ensure that all tasks are executed in a safe manner with due regard for Amrod’s policies and procedures.
    • Report unsafe acts / working conditions / injury on duty to the supervisor / manager / safety manager immediately.
    • Maintain good housekeeping standards.

    Returns Clerk and Storeman

    Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

    • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 1 year warehousing experience.
    • Previous experience in Returns would be advantageous.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing).
    • Knowledge of WMS and Amtrack system advantageous.
    • Good computer literacy, i.e.: Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to work overtime/weekends in accordance with operational requirements

    Key Performance Area

    • Inspect all sample returns to ensure they are in condition to pass a credit  samples back into the box level for return to HO
    • File and keep records of returns 
    • Check and process all bulk returns that is received from dispatch
    • Informs Sales / CC of the returned stock 
    • Taking full ownership of all goods returned to branch, including handling of all templates 
    • Attend to all QC of items for Customer Care
    • Manage the return/pending shelf 
    • Oversee the recollection shelf
    • Escalate any unresolved returned stock to your line manager
    • Weekly feedback reports to be sent to your line manager
    • Handle booking and processing of returns to HO
    • Timeously attend to queries
    • Process destroys stock and charity sections as per SOP
    • Receiving, shelving & dispatching of orders 
    • Assisting clients and internal sales team with queries F2F, via phone & email
    • Attend to Ad-hoc projects
    • Ensure that all tasks are executed in a safe manner with due regard for Amrod Policies and procedures, regulations specific to the use of equipment and products and regulations prescribed by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
    • Report unsafe acts/working conditions/injury on duty to the supervisor immediately 
    • Maintain good housekeeping standards

    Customer Care Officer

    Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

    • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Experience in a similar position or experience at Amrod or in a similar environment will be advantageous.
    • Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email.
    • Above average communication and telephone skills
    • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Experienced in dealing with customers.
    • Knowledge of Amtrack will be advantageous.

    Key Performance Area

    • Resolve customer queries speedily and satisfactorily by liaising with relevant departments to determine and fix all issues from the beginning to the end (this includes all administration, get branding done, deliveries, push production, correct reporting etc.).
    • Investigate issues that arise from clients and determine where the fault came from.
    • Make decisions on issues that arise and find workable solution for the client, whilst taking into consideration the cost to the company.
    • Report all issues to relevant departments (as well as for tracking purposes).
    • Handle courier quotes, bookings and delivery confirmation.  
    • Assist irate clients in a professional and diplomatic manner.
    • Meet with clients in the showroom to assist with customer care issues.
    • Follow through and follow up with clients to ensure that all issues were resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
    • Guide and educate clients on “How Amrod Works” and how better to work with Amrod.
    • Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure that clients’ expectations are met.
    • Adhere to health and safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
    • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
    • Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within department.

    Sales Specialist

    Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

    • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • Experience in a corporate gifts environment will be advantageous.
    • Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office).

    Key Performance Area

    • Stand In for all the different levels of Account Managers should they not be in on the day
    • Resume all their daily functions on your stand in days (uphold CAP – consistency/ accountability/ professionalism)
    • Provide a detailed hand over report to the relevant Account Manager upon each completion of the sit-in.
    • Ensure all Account Manager objectives are upheld.
    • If all Account managers are in, you will be allocated to assist Account managers.
    • Provide professional assistance and information as well as solutions to clients
    • Follow-up on all outstanding work on a daily basis and ensure all emails are attended to within the specified timeframe.
    • Follow-up on layouts/ or other departments and liaise with clients as required.
    • Monitor production timelines.
    • Generate quotations, job cards, correspondence, etc., in required format.
    • Protect the integrity of the company at all times.
    • Adhere to health and safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times. 
    • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.

    Tanzanite Sales Administrator

    Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

    • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administration position.
    • Experience at Amrod or in a similar environment will be advantageous.

    • Assist Tanzanite Key Accounts Manager in managing client orders by generating quotations, creating job cards, attending to emails and correspondence.
    • Follow-up on all outstanding work daily and advise clients accordingly.
    • Ensure all administrative tasks, including Amtrack reports, are completed within the prescribed timeframes.
    • Build customer relationships and encourage up-selling or branding conversions.
    • Assist annually with trade show (Markex).
    • Prepare embroidery quotes and urgent quotes.
    • Handle personalised catalogue sales.
    • Process unbranded and sample orders.
    • Assist and meet with clients in the Showroom as and when required,
    • Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
    • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
    • Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within department.
    • Protect the integrity of the company at all times.
