The Role:

As a QA Automation Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert. Being passionate about delivering high - value, high - impact solutions to high profile advertisers is what we’re looking for!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated tests.
• Review the functionality of existing systems
• Conduct redesign an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Perform requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Drive testability of new features, system testing, performance/scalability, interoperability and end-to-end solutions testing, and identifying and defining simulation and automation tools.
• Enhance and expand the current Test Automation Infrastructure.
• Conduct integration, stress, performance, scalability, and load testing.
• Being a pro-active, self-motivating member of the Scrum team, the candidate will not only contribute to the technical architecture and implementation, but also to the team efficiency initiatives and culture.
• Conduct feasibility studies on a comprehensive test plans, driving the automation strategy.
• Conduct test-leveling exercises to determine the best test layer to secure code quality.
• Conduct proof of concept investigations into new tools, methods, and test strategy.
• generate, capture and analyze protocol traces.
• Setting up testing pipeline using Jenkins.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred)
• ISEB/ISTQB Certification.
• 4+ years experience in automation testing with sound knowledge of tools such as (TestRail, Selenium,Selenium WebDriver, POM, Java, JUnit, JMeter, Jira, SOAP UI, API, SQL)
• Solid Experience of automation testing best practices and architecture for scalability and maintainability
• Experience in automated cross browser version, OS, Language testing .
• Experience working as part of a successful Agile/SCRUM team and delivering high quality software in 3 week sprints.
• Proven experience translating software requirements/stories into accurate and complete test scenarios, including identifying the detailed test data needs.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Proven experience in testing databases (SQL Server preferred) & writing complex SQL statements.
• Experience with Integration, stress, performance, scalability, and load testing a plus.
• Expertize in estimating story points for the agile testing projects.
• Experience in testing and administering in Linux, UNIX and virtual network environments.

• Experience in analyzing crash logs, stack trace, faults by utilizing basic debugging techniques
• Hands on experience in scripting, running, analyzing, and refining automation frameworks for comprehensive and full application testing
• Experience with building and maintaining an automation test framework is required.
• Experience writing complex automated tests for web applications using Selenium Webdriver or a comparable tool
• Hands-on experience in Python, Ruby, Selenium and shell scripting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills to collaborate with end-users, technology leaders and operational functions.
• Extensive working experience with SDLC best practices, preferably in an Agile environment with a focus on automation.
• Ability to work as part of a global integrated delivery team.
• Commitment to deliver high quality releases.

Job description

The Role:

As a Manual Test Analyst you will undertake all business support needs for the delivery of software testing services and QA onboarding. Being passionate about delivering high value impact solutions to popular brands is what we’re looking for!

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake all software test related activities in support of the business requirements for the provision of new and updated systems to ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Execute Quality Assurance checks during third-party supplier and internal developments to ensure delivery of ‘fit-for-purpose’ code in test environments owned by the QA team.
• Attend workshops comprising of business and/or technical representatives to cover test-dependent activities such as requirement verification and prioritization, test scenario identification as well as general matters.
• Ensure that test scenarios are prepared in a structured way, prioritized to reflect business or technical priorities, and are approved by appropriate partners. Scope is to cover test cycle contents and regression packs.
• Build allocated test cases, monitor test execution and ensure that results are recorded.
• Re - test defects/issues either through ‘at desk’ re-tests by business test representatives, or via walk - through's with third-party providers.
• Prepare and maintain relevant test & training documentation, including test cases, activity schedules, narrative and written reports, and visual progress charts.
• Liaise with and assist each line of business regarding the test planning, testing activity, and test results analysis.
• Deliver the testing services to the business and ensure the release of systems without significant error.
• Ensure that the necessary support and advice is provided in an effective manner which demonstrates a deep understanding of the benefits of a structured approach to testing.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems.
• ISTQB Certifications (Advantageous).
• 3-5 years' SDLC experience.
• 3-5 years' functional, load, negative, system, performance, exploratory, regression, API and integration testing experience.
• 3-5 years' Isolation/Conjunction interfacing applications testing experience.
• 3+ years' n-Tier, client server and database environment experience.
• 3+ years' TestRail/Jira/Rest Assured/JMeter testing tools experience.
• 3-5 years' agile methodology experience.
