    Assistant Company Secretary

    • A well-established organisation is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary. This role is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration and processing of all corporate governance and company secretarial matters across the group and its subsidiaries. Only applicants residing in Cape Town will be considered for the role. 
    • Must have CGISA / CIS qualification.

    Senior Conveyancing Secretary Transfers

    • Our law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary specialising in property transfers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full transfer process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements, and providing support to attorneys and clients throughout the property transfer process.

    • Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the Cape Town region within the Clearing and Forwarding. The role is responsible for regional leadership, operational performance, profitability, customer retention, governance, and sustainable growth.
    • The successful candidate will oversee regional teams, drive operational excellence across clearing, forwarding, customs, transport, and supply chain operations, and support business development, compliance, and key stakeholder relationships.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 10 years’ experience within Clearing and Forwarding and Supply Chain operations.Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience managing operational and commercial functions.Proven experience in business development, customer retention, revenue growth, and operational management.Strong knowledge of Customs and Excise legislation.Experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance.Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.Cargowise or similar logistics ERP system knowledge advantageous.Valid driver’s license essential.

    Bookkeeper/Accountant

    • Our client is looking for an Accountant / Bookkeeper with 3 years plus experience. A Financial / Bookkeeping Qualification would be seen as an added bonus. Have you worked on Pastel or XERO anyone will do but preferable XERO. Excel experience is also needed. Assist with taking the books to Trial Balance on XERO.
